Privacy Policy

§ 1. General Provisions

Icchaka Lejba Pereca 40/4, 53-430 Wrocław NIP: 899-255-25-04 REGON: 021803145 Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and data is stored on secured servers. The glossary of the Terms and Conditions or as described in the Privacy Policy (if directly indicated) is used to interpret terms. For the purposes of better understanding of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced by “You” and “Controller” by “We.” The term “GDPR” refers to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. We respect your right to privacy and ensure data security. For this purpose, we use, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL). Personal data provided in the form on the landing page is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.
§ 2. Data Controller
The Service Provider is the controller of its customers’ data. This means that if you have an Account on our blog or send an inquiry via a form on our website, we process your data, including: first name, last name, company name, email address, telephone number, business activity details, and IP address. Personal data is processed:
  • in accordance with personal data protection regulations,
  • in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
  • to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish and shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it, and properly implement the Services provided electronically.
Every data subject (if we are the controller) has the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of their data, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can contact the person supervising the processing of personal data within the Service Provider’s organization electronically at the following email address: ado@rachexpert.pl. We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary to pursue potential claims in court or if national, EU, or international law obliges us to retain data. Personal data may be deleted as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data. The Service Provider does not share personal data with entities other than those authorized under applicable law (e.g., law enforcement authorities). Personal data is processed only by individuals authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate.
§ 3. Cookies
The website www.rachexpert.pl uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser’s software.
